Ashton Preserve is a planned 176-acre, rural residential cluster
subdivision of estate homes in
Montgomery County,
Maryland. It is Montgomery County's
first rural cluster zoning community, set in
a way that preserves the
surrounding rural character and natural habitat.
Located in the Ashton-Sandy Spring area (scroll

developed by Winchester Homes, Ashton Preserve is comprised of 70 single-family wooded and meadowed homesites
