Committee Notes -
       In August 2004 the Board of Directors created a Community Affairs Committee (CAC), which, among other things, provided the Board with an assessment of the advantages and disadvantages relating to seeking a zipcode change for Ashton Preserve.

       The advantages clearly outweighing the disadvantages and, considering a survey of homeowners conducted by the CAC, the Board subsequently voted to have the CAC proceed with such actions aimed at affecting such a change.

       Caroline Elmendorf (305 Myers Manor Court) and Fred Billig (16707 Alexander Manor Drive) join Bruce Brennan on this Committee.
